Art File Formats Accepted :

 

• Vector Files : EPS , AI , PDF's created from vector files

 

• Repeat orders are charged at a unit price only - minimum of 20 items .

 

• New screens set ups will apply if unused for a period of 12 months.

 

Art Notes :

 

When sending us Artwork, we prefer vector files.

These are files that have been created in programs like Adobe Illustrator

Vector artwork is digitally drawn images &/or logos, that can be enlarge or reduced, without the quality being compromised.

These files are .EPS or .AI files or a PDF created from a vector file

Preferably an image in vector format (.ai, .eps, etc.).
If the image file is in raster format (.jpg, .bmp, .gif, etc.) we will need to convert the file to a vector format so that it can be processed.

This will incur an additional graphics fee - Splash Alley will quote for redraws if the art is not suitable

 

The dimensions of your logo(s)
Size - we need overall height and width of the design.

Important note : Print sizes are 12cm x 12cm / A3 / A4 - it is important to remember the smallest size item you order can dictate the size of the print

Screen set ups are of one size and are applied to all garment sizing - Different sized logos on different sized garments requires new screens which equals new set up costs

The unit price fluctuates based on quantity. The more you order the cheaper it gets

We feel though not required a original order minimum of 15 items helps to level the price per unit against set up costs

Screens are held for a period of one Year - Repeat orders require a minimum supply depending on screen print location of original order

 

All set up costs /screen printing and stock items have to be to paid for in full before sending any order to print.

All art files need to be approved before Splash Alley will complete the screen print order - these files are emailed for approval - no garment will be screen printed before Splash Alley has approval in writing.

Splash Alley provides the stock only to our screen printers - these stock sales are non refundable once delivered.

Splash Alley reserves the right to refund any screen print costs only associated with any garment marking - all stock sent to our screen printers is non refundable once printed .

Splash Alley requires in writing any shortages or if any printed item is not up to the quality required within 24 hrs of receipt and reserves the right to either replace or refund those items only

All freight costs associated with returns are at the clients expense - if garment replacement is approved Splash Alley will freight these garments to the client at Splash Alley's expense - all other returns will be at the clients expense

If the above conditions do not meet with your requirements we suggest you use a Screen Printer in close proximity to your location - please use SPLASH ALLEY to provide the stock only.
